How to create a support ticket with helpdesk

It’s 1:34 in the morning, and you just noticed an irregularity on your Kwakol Markets account. You need to reach out to the team for help, but wonder if it’s too late to do that.

Here’s how to create a support ticket with the helpdesk at Kwakol Markets. 

First, log into your Kwakol Markets account through www.kwakolmarkets.com

On that menu, click on HELPDESK to input what you need help with. 

Right beside the notification bell is a PLUS SIGN, click on the PLUS SIGN (+) to drop your complaint.

Under SUBJECT, describe your complaint in one or two words. For instance, “Failed Transaction”. Then, go ahead to fully describe the problem under the DESCRIBE YOUR ISSUE/QUESTION tab, and you may attach relevant files (videos, screenshots or documents) using the ATTACH FILES button. 

Finally, click ADD TICKET to submit your complaint.
