Right after you register an account with us the question would be, what next? Below are the next steps you need to take to fully complete your registration and start trading!

When you open your account, you would have to complete an economic profile. To do this you are required to submit Proof of Identity and Proof of Residence documents. Verifying your Kwakol Markets profile helps you unlock the full features of Kwakol Markets.

Our verification process has three levels: Levels 0 – 3. As a new member, your current level is 0. This level enables you only to trade and make fiat/crypto deposits. 

These documents will need to be verified by us to ensure that all operations on your account are performed by you, the genuine account holder, and also to ensure compliance with both financial regulations and the law. 

Verification Document Requirements

Below is a summary of the requirements essential for a submitted document to be accepted for verification:

LEVEL ONE VERIFICATION: Proof of Identity (POI)

• It is clear and readable
• Includes ID number, full name, and date of birth
• Full name to match that of the Kwakol account holder exactly
• All four corners are visible
• Any photographs and signatures are visible
• It is a valid government issued-document
• Expiry date is not less than a month away from verification

Accepted Documents:

• International passport
• Voters Card
• Driver’s License
• National Identity Card

Kindly note that this level only enables you to deposit via fiat and crypto, make internal transfers as well as trade using MT4 and MT5 trading terminals. Withdrawal limits are set to a daily withdrawal limit of $100,000 or equivalent in another currency.

If you want to deposit funds from a bank card or make a withdrawal to a bank card, get Level 2. 

LEVEL TWO VERIFICATION: Proof of Residence (POR)

Proof of Residence is essential to be fully verified as a requirement for Kwakol to adhere to anti-money laundering and counterfeiting laws and regulations. To complete the second and final level of your verification, kindly ensure you complete Level 1.

Before submitting your document here, kindly ensure they possess the following characteristics below:

• It is clear and readable
• The full name presented must match the submitted POI and Kwakol Markets account holder exactly
• It is recent (preferably not older than 3 months if it were to be a bank statement)
• It contains your full name and residential address (PO Boxes are not accepted)
• All four corners are visible
• It is issued by a valid, independent, and reliable source

Accepted Documents:

•      - Utility bill (electricity, water, gas, Internet, landline telephone)
•      - Recent bank statement.
•      - Local tax bill 

At this final level of verification, you can now trade using trading terminals, make fiat/crypto deposits, make internal transfers, withdraw to bank accounts and e-wallets, make crypto withdrawals, and bank withdrawals to your account.
